1. Digital Products & Licensing
All products sold on Soundmajesty are digital downloads. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the sounds in your personal and commercial music productions. You may not:

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content and materials on this Site, including kits, loops, MIDI files, graphics, logos, and text, are the intellectual property of Soundmajesty and/or its contributors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded. For more information, please read our Refund Policy.
4. Account Responsibility
If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
