At Soundmajesty, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital sound kits and tools for music producers. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Digital Product Refunds
Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. This is because digital items cannot be returned and, once delivered, are considered “used.”
Exceptions
We may offer a refund or store credit in the following rare cases:

You were charged more than once for the same product.

You did not receive the download link and support was unresponsive after multiple attempts (within 7 days).

The product is completely unusable and the issue cannot be resolved after troubleshooting with our support team.

We will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days.
Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, such as repeated refund requests or suspicious activity.
